Does it ever feel like thoughts and behaviors from your past keep finding their way into the present?
Do you feel like you are being pulled into many different directions at once in your mind? Although these are normal human processes, the internal dialogue can feel overwhelming at times.
Using the Internal Family Systems model, participants will explore trauma-related symptoms, inviting our “parts” to the table in a safe and accepting environment. The goal is to better manage triggers as they arise in our day-to-day life.
With the use of various artistic mediums (examples, crayons, pastels, watercolor), the group will explore their part bringing them together for a meeting of the parts.
Group facilitated by Jace Eardley, CMHC Candidate, Clinical Intern.
In-network insurances accepted or $15 private pay per group.
