Adults Age Group:

Welcome! I am Trish Lowe, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor candidate who brings a 25-year career in advocacy and client service to my role as a therapist. I work with adults who are ready to feel heard, find clarity, and move forward with confidence.

Before becoming a therapist, I spent more than two decades advocating for people and guiding them through some of the most stressful and pivotal moments of their lives, helping them understand their options, find their voice, and take steps toward the outcomes they want. That experience shaped my belief that people are capable and resilient, and that they do their best work when they feel supported and respected. I bring the same listening, compassion, and focus on practical solutions to my work as a therapist.

My approach is collaborative. Together, we will identify your needs, strengths, and the concerns that brought you to therapy, and build a plan around your goals. I draw on cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, psychoeducation, and a strengths-based approach, and I pull from several theories to fit the individual rather than fitting you into a single model. You can expect a warm, down-to-earth space where we build skills, shift unhelpful patterns, and recognize the strengths you already have.

I earned my Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Merrimack College and a Juris Doctor from Quinnipiac University.

I see adults in person at the Norfolk office, with evening appointments on Mondays and Wednesdays and morning appointments on Tuesdays. I also offer virtual sessions. I look forward to working with you!
