Love working with kids and teens, but not the hours needed? Apply to our CURRENTLY OPEN FT position as a therapist working with kids, teens and families as part of our In School Counseling sector of Transitions. We partner with many local school districts providing in-school counseling services while working comprehensively with guardians and families for wrap around support to client/student wellness.

As we continue to grow, we're looking for qualified therapists to join our team. Whether you're a Licensed Independent Clinician (PT or FT), a Provisionally/Pre Licensed Clinician (LCSW or seeking hours toward LMHC), we'd love to hear from you.
