Allison Allard, LCSW
Adolescents, Adults Age Group:
Hello! My name is Allison, and I am a Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW). I truly enjoy working collaboratively with others. Through my drive, passion, and dedication, my goal is to create a safe space for clients to share their life experiences. I offer a listening ear and a professional environment that establishes trust and motivates clients to meet their goals.
Having professional experience working with various demographics and populations in many placement settings including children, adolescents, and adults, I strongly believe in utilizing a person-centered approach in my practice. Through motivational interviewing while building a therapeutic rapport, I enable clients to make progress toward their goals and enhance their overall abilities. I also pull from various therapeutic approaches to meet the client’s needs including taking a strength-based approach.
My educational background includes a Master’s degree in social work from Springfield College and a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Framingham State University. Having the desire to continuously develop my clinical skills through academics and training, I completed a trauma certification program through Bridgewater State University. With that, I am flexible and adapt to the ever-changing field.
I work Monday and Thursday evenings, as well as Saturdays. I work in-person at the Franklin location.
