Adults Age Group:

Hello! My name is Elizabeth and I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker. I am passionate about working with adults of all ages experiencing major life transitions. I specialize in working with older adults and caregivers navigating the aging process, in addition to supporting adults with serious illness and chronic health challenges.

I approach each person from a holistic perspective, taking into account the mind, body, and spiritual connection that impacts how an individual moves through the world. My training is based in humanistic and expressive therapies, and I believe in the impact of partnering with clients and their supports to create personalized and creative approaches to care. I offer a safe, supportive, and empowering environment to process emotions and uncertainty, identify personal values, explore thought patterns and core beliefs, and create desired change within one’s life. In my work I most draw on interventions based in ACT, motivational interviewing, CBT, mindfulness, self-esteem and self-compassion building, strength-based therapy, grief-focused interpersonal therapy, legacy work, and Expressive Art Therapy.

I received my undergraduate degree in Counseling and Expressive Art Therapy from Lesley University. I obtained my masters degree in Clinical Social Work, with a concentration in Older Adults and Families, from Boston College. I have experience supporting adults from all socio-economic backgrounds in community service settings, memory care, adult day health centers, as well as inpatient medical and oncology units.

I offer in-person appointments at our Franklin office and our Norfolk office. I look forward to working with you!
