I believe that all therapeutic relationships begin with developing an accurate and complete understanding of each person. Together, we will work on developing a plan for your success based on your specific goals.

My approach focuses on using techniques to help you develop the skills you need to overcome your challenges. I am a therapist who has several years of experience treating adults and adolescents with various mental health challenges. I utilize CBT, solution focused therapy, psychoeducation, psychodynamics therapy and EMDR.

My warm, compassionate approach allows me to offer genuine support and encouragement as we work together to find effective solutions, utilizing a variety of therapeutic approaches.
