Lauren DAngelo, LCSW
Children, Adolescents, Adults Age Group:
As a yoga and meditation instructor for over 18 years, I am committed to supporting people in achieving their goals. Integrating skills from my Master’s in Social Work, I am passionate about working with clients with trauma, depression, and anxiety. I have experience providing therapy for couples, students in the school setting and enjoy working with blended families. I work with clients ranging in age from 6 to 70+ years old. Currently, I teach yoga and meditation to veterans and first responders and I have a deep interest in continuing to work with veterans and first responders in a clinical setting.
I use a variety of therapeutic interventions in my work, including CBT, motivational interviewing, therapeutic play, and a large variety of mindfulness techniques while working with my clients. In addition to my Master’s of Social Work from Simmons University, I also hold a Master’s in Science in Management from Bridgewater State University and am ERYT-500 certified with Yoga Alliance. I also sit on the Board of Directors for The Soul Project.
I am currently offering in person and telehealth appointments in our Franklin office Monday through Friday. Thank you for your interest!
