Adolescents, Adults Age Group:

Yasmine brings a genuine passion for supporting young people through life’s transitions with warmth, cultural sensitivity, and deep respect for each client’s unique journey. As a recent graduate from Bridgewater State University’s Clinical Psychology program, she combines fresh clinical knowledge with hands-on experience gained through her internship experiences with local Middle Schools and High Schools.

Working within a school-based team has strengthened Yasmine’s collaborative approach to therapy, understanding that healing happens best when clients feel truly heard and valued as partners in their own growth. She specializes in working with teenagers, transitional age youth, and young adults who are navigating the complex challenges of identity development, academic pressures, family dynamics, and cultural transitions. She enjoys working with adults and adolescents struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, self esteem and body image to name a few.

Yasmine’s multicultural perspective enriches her practice, allowing her to create an inclusive therapeutic space where clients from diverse backgrounds feel seen, understood, and celebrated.

Her client-centered philosophy means every session is individually tailored, honoring their strengths while gently supporting areas of growth. Whether addressing anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, or life transitions, Yasmine creates a safe, non-judgmental environment where young people can explore their thoughts and feelings openly.

Yasmine is excited to continue building meaningful therapeutic relationships and supporting clients in discovering their resilience, developing healthy coping strategies and creating positive change in their lives.
